We should love others with compassion. We should "love our neighbors as we love ourselves;" our neighbor is anyone we come across, it's not just the people close to us but the people around us. Loving others does not mean that we need to allow people to manipulate us, undervalue us, use and abuse us. It simply means that we should love and appreciate people because we are to be the reflection of God here on earth.

If you don't love yourself it will definitely be a challenge to love other people; you just can’t give what you don’t have.

Self-love is not easy, but it is important. Life is already hard, and people can already be cruel enough for you to keep on ignoring you. So start paying attention and caring for yourself as you do to and for others, and see the wonders it will bring into your life. Remember you are Enough!

Peace of mind is a treasure; I thought of how often we lash out or exhibit actions based on temporary situations, people, or things of inconsequential value. We let that trouble our mind or we sometimes act out of character when in reality all we need to do is “Hold Our Peace”
